AppTweak is expanding its presence in the United Kingdom! We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious and talented Business Development Manager based in London to support the growth of our business!

About the Role:

As our first Business Development Manager in London, you will play a key role in our European expansion! By being locally present, you will reinforce our presence and reputation in the UK. You will help us develop business, revenue and growth in the region.

You will take part in all stages of the sales process: lead generation, product demos, negotiation, follow-up until the closing of the sale. On top of that, you will be responsible for customer experience and will help increase retention from our UK customers.

We will provide you with the proper training and support for you to flourish in this role. You will work closely with colleagues worldwide who care deeply about your success. You will have the opportunity to try new things, take responsibility, work autonomously and see how your actions have a direct impact on the success of AppTweak in the UK! 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Increase the number of new customers by converting leads to paid clients.

  • Increase the company’s Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

  • Develop durable and lasting customer relationships, increase retention and reduce churn through Customer Success initiatives.

  • Work in collaboration with our international marketing team to increase brand awareness, network and website visitors in the UK.

  • Understand the mobile industry and develop data-driven recommendations to generate new business opportunities.

  • Bring up suggestions on product improvements to the product team.

  • Promote and advocate AppTweak during mobile marketing trade fairs and virtual events.

  • Organize and host ASO-related networking events to increase brand awareness and reputation.


Requirements

Your Skills:

  • You are a fluent in both written and spoken English

  • You have a degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or relevant field.

  • You have strong selling and negotiation skills.

  • You demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and writing skills and you love communicating with customers in-person and virtually.

  • You have a strong interest in the digital ecosystem, new technologies, data, apps and/or a great understanding of the mobile app industry.

  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk or other) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is appreciated.

  • Good knowledge of the Mobile industry is a strong plus.

Your Profile:

  • You have at least 3 years experience in Sales or Business Development and have a thorough understanding of the UK market.

  • You love being in contact with clients and you communicate easily with people.

  • You see yourself as a highly motivated, dynamic and fast-learner person.

  • You particularly enjoy negotiating and closing deals.

  • You are rigorous, well-organized, methodical and analytical (results-driven).

  • You are flexible and autonomous, while you have the ability to work in a team.

  • You love food (optional).
