AppTweak is expanding its ASO Expert team in India!

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and talented App Marketing Consultant to empower the growth of the world’s most popular mobile app & games! 🚀

Based in the Bangalore office, this position will report to Karan, the Head of India.
You’ll work closely with Madeleine, ASO Expert based in Brussels.

About the Role:

We are looking for a strong analytical mindset and business-oriented Junior App Marketing Consultant to help grow and support big-name customers' apps and games in their ASO projects. By working in close relation with some of our major clients from all verticals (Games, Entertainment, Business, Food & Drink), you’ll be in charge of providing them with strategic solutions to boost their app visibility, improve impression to download conversion, and drive results.

You will be part of our cross-country team of ASO Experts where talented people from Brussels, San Francisco, Tokyo and Bangalore collaborate together to deliver outstanding ASO analysis.

As such you will be expected to:

• Develop your App Store Optimization expertise and keep your knowledge up to date regarding new app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and mobile growth trends.

• Create ASO Audits, conduct keyword optimizations and build recommendations to increase the visibility and app installs of some of our high-profile clients' apps.
  

• Use your analytical skills to provide expert advice and data-driven recommendations to generate growth opportunities for our clients.
  

• Establish trusted expert relationships with customers hand-in-hand with Sales representatives and/or Customer Success Managers and assess their requirements to proactively resolve problems based on your knowledge of ASO.
  

• Suggest new ASO strategies to help customers develop advanced ASO processes and be at the forefront of innovation.
  

• Present your analysis and recommendations to the client and provide diligent support to answer any questions they could have regarding ASO and app marketing.

• Collaborate with our product team on product improvements based on customer and personal feedback.
  

• Contribute to the creation of ASO-related content such as blog posts and videos to popularize the understanding of ASO for clients and leads.
  

• Reflect on India’s market specificities and contribute to the growth strategy of AppTweak in India.

Who are we looking for:

Must-have:

• Previous experience in a related field (User Acquisition, SEO, digital marketing).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an applicable field.

• Analytical mindset: proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way and translating them into meaningful decisions.

• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills: you are able to build meaningful and trustworthy relationships with clients through transparent communication and the ability to defend results.

• Team player and over-communicator: proven track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback, and are looking to add to the culture and skills of a growing team.

• Highly organized: you understand the importance and challenges of timely project deliveries and perform well under pressure.

• Curious and creative: you are familiar with core mobile marketing terminology and want to expand your knowledge in mobile app growth.

• Rigorous and methodical: you know how to take steps to solve problems when dealing with new situations.

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience in ASO, conversion rate optimization, consultancy, and cross-border team projects.
