About the Role

We are looking for an amazing Customer Success Manager to join our joyful Bengaluru team to skyrocket our projects in 2022 and beyond! You will play a key role in our India expansion by supporting, managing and growing our customer engagement, ensuring that AppTweak clients find success using the tool and services.

You will report to Karan, the Head of India, and work closely with our global Customer Success team.

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid remote/work policy: 3 days at the Office (Tuesday/Thursday being mandatory days), 2 days of remote work. 

Your Responsibilities:

Customer Support and Engagement

  • Use your analytical skills to provide expert advice and data-driven recommendations to generate growth opportunities for our clients.

  • Establish trusted expert relationships with customers and assess their requirements to resolve problems based on ASO knowledge proactively

  • Facilitate the successful onboarding of new customers

  • Support our clients by assessing customer requirements, solving problems, anticipating future needs, and generally serving as the customers’ voice within AppTweak

  • Develop your App Store Optimization expertise and keep your knowledge updated regarding new app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and mobile growth trends.

Managing and Growing Book of Business

  • Achieving annual renewal and upselling revenue targets

  • Increasing customer LTV and reducing churn

  • Supporting clients by organizing and executing scaled events and ASO workshops.


Your Skills

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field.

  • You have at least two years of experience in Customer Success or Sales. Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory).

  • You demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, communication, presentation, and writing skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and present data.

  • Experience working with an ASO/SEO Agency is a bonus.

  • You have a strong interest in new technologies, data, apps, and/or a great understanding of the mobile app industry.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, ChurnZero, Intercom or others) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is appreciated.

  • You are available to work from our Bengaluru office. (Work from Home is permitted in case of a COVID surge or health concerns)
