We are looking for an amazing Demand Generation Manager to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀
About the role:
You'll be joining AppTweak at a super exciting time! As Demand Generation Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Marketing and play a key role in revenue growth by developing multi-channel demand generation programs. We're looking at you to set up a marketing automation strategy and help us be more efficient with attracting, engaging and nurturing inbound leads.
What is expected from you?
Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs
Develop and scale paid acquisition strategies to build a pipeline
Create content such as blogs, whitepapers and videos to support inbound lead generation initiatives
Launch lead nurturing campaigns that leverage email, web, and social channels
Oversee HubSpot automation, including database management, building campaigns, and troubleshooting technical issues
Establish a reporting routine with the sales and marketing team to get insights into how to improve lead quality
Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence
Inspire, develop and manage a team of innovative marketing professionals
Who are we looking for:
Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
3-5 years of experience in inbound marketing or demand generation
Experience in a SaaS or hyper-growth environment
Proven track record managing team of marketing specialists
Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English)
Proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated
Learner mindset, always eager to improve both personally and professionally
