About the Role
The frontend team has full ownership over the architecture and design of our application. We manage massive amounts of data while ensuring excellent performance, thus providing the best possible user experience.
You will work in a team of 3 talented Web Engineers and be directly involved in developing the AppTweak application. You will be in direct contact with colleagues working in different teams (Backend, Product, and Design teams) to deliver new features quickly and ensure the best quality of our code.
At the beginning of AppTweak, we wrote our frontend in BackboneJS and decided to move to React three years ago. Since then, we built a Single Page Application based on React/Redux/Redux-sagas, written in TypeScript, with the standard tooling (Webpack, Babel, ES6, ESLint, and Prettier). To allow our frontend to consume our data, we built a set of services that interact with our API layer (REST APIS built on Ruby). Our infrastructure is based on K8s, and we have created a robust CI system to develop and deploy our code quickly. We deploy directly from Slack!
What’s in it for you?
So if you are motivated, ready to learn, and have a curious and innovative mindset, we’d love to meet you!
