We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Consulting Services to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀

As an ASO pioneer, AppTweak is in a unique position to combine data, technology, and years of expertise to answer any app growth challenges. In addition to our intuitive and powerful SaaS, AppTweak provides managed services to its Enterprise customers to help them achieve their goals at every step of their app or game’s lifecycle.

As the Head of Consulting Services, you will play a key role by leading our existing Managed Services team and will be responsible for its growth and expansion. You will lead the team to provide our major clients with strategic solutions to boost their app visibility and drive results. You will help us build an effective consulting organization focusing on high-quality deliverables while increasing our profitability. You will help find, hire, help onboard and support new talents to help reach the company’s growth goals.

You will be based in Brussels and will report directly to our CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) who is based in San Francisco.

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and grow the Managed Services team

  • Set the tone and strategy for the team's overall growth across our different key markets.

  • Communicate with our experts on a weekly basis and set up processes to continuously improve the team's efficiency, communication, collaboration and day-to-day.

  • Find, hire and help onboard new talents to join the team and guide the development of your teammates so they perform and grow in their roles.

  • Help organize roles, projects and priorities in order to shape a rapidly growing healthy and effective consulting organization.

Increase the Company’s Revenue

  • Establish a deep understanding of AppTweak’s business operations, including App Store Optimization, and competitive landscape to demonstrate our value proposition and provide high-quality deliverables to our clients with the support of our Head of ASO.

  • Find the right strategies and mechanisms to optimize profitability while increasing the number of projects and headcounts within the team.

  • Work hand in hand with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from the very beginning of our client's journey. 

Requirements

Must-have (experience):

  • Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field;

  • 5+ years of experience in building and leading a team of consultants

  • Agency experience in the mobile marketing industry and/or SEO

  • Successful track record of long-term relationships with large companies

  • Fluent in English;

  • A genuine interest and excitement in striving toward ambitious goals and leveraging data to identify key results and areas of improvement to successfully impact business results and achieve those goals;

  • Outstanding leadership & management capabilities, including the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team;

  • Team player and over-communicator: track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback, and looking to add to the culture and skills of a growing team;

  • Strong active listening skills and ability & adaptability to interact with a diverse team across multiple countries and timezones;

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset; you're hands-on and autonomous. You find creative solutions to problems in a fast-moving environment;

  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail;

  • Brilliant communication skills (written & verbal) both with customers and within an organization;

  • Strong interest in new technologies, data, and/or apps;

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in successfully helping a company grow from ~$5M to ~$25M in ARR;

  • Experience in ASO and UA;

  • Additional languages;

  • You love food!
