About the role

As Head of Employee Experience, you’ll be responsible for the end to end employee journey. Although you’ll be supported in your role by a Talent Acquisition specialist, you’ll maintain the helicopter view from attracting and selecting candidates all the way to their personal development. You’ll be joining at a very exciting time where many new HR initiatives will be launched. You will report directly to Olivier Verdin, CEO at AppTweak.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive a strategic, proactive approach to ensure people and culture is at the start of business discussions and aligns to the annual business plans across all divisions.

  • With your business partners, proactively be out in the business so the HR team have a seat at the table, their finger on the pulse and are seen as trusted advisors by the business on all people matters.

  • Create and deliver annual people strategy for attracting and developing high performing people.

  • Provide clear and effective counsel to management on people related issues including performance management, employee relations and organisational design.

  • Lead development of people by overseeing appraisal, career planning and feedback processes to strategically map and deliver development requirements for the business.

  • Creatively find solutions to deliver training to global employees beyond classroom learning.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, actively reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Ensure recruitment and learning & development processes are relevant and meet regulatory and legislative requirements.

  • Provide management information and reports on recruitment and development as required.


Requirements

About you

  • You have 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP, in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Development, or you worked previously as an HR Manager

  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English. Any additional language is a plus.

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial - Organisational Psychology, Work Sciences, Human Resources, or any other related field.

  • Strong strategic, business analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills


Bonus points for:

  • Any experience in other HR domains is a plus

  • Experience working for a SaaS is a plus

  • Experience in delivering people strategies and implementing action plans

  • Knowledge of people development, recruitment and employee relations

  • Knowledge of current advances in people and culture change

  • Completed coaching training or have experience coaching people
