About the role
As Head of Employee Experience, you’ll be responsible for the end to end employee journey. Although you’ll be supported in your role by a Talent Acquisition specialist, you’ll maintain the helicopter view from attracting and selecting candidates all the way to their personal development. You’ll be joining at a very exciting time where many new HR initiatives will be launched. You will report directly to Olivier Verdin, CEO at AppTweak.
Drive a strategic, proactive approach to ensure people and culture is at the start of business discussions and aligns to the annual business plans across all divisions.
With your business partners, proactively be out in the business so the HR team have a seat at the table, their finger on the pulse and are seen as trusted advisors by the business on all people matters.
Create and deliver annual people strategy for attracting and developing high performing people.
Provide clear and effective counsel to management on people related issues including performance management, employee relations and organisational design.
Lead development of people by overseeing appraisal, career planning and feedback processes to strategically map and deliver development requirements for the business.
Creatively find solutions to deliver training to global employees beyond classroom learning.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, actively reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Ensure recruitment and learning & development processes are relevant and meet regulatory and legislative requirements.
Provide management information and reports on recruitment and development as required.
You have 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP, in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Development, or you worked previously as an HR Manager
You are fluent in both written and spoken English. Any additional language is a plus.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial - Organisational Psychology, Work Sciences, Human Resources, or any other related field.
Strong strategic, business analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Bonus points for:
Any experience in other HR domains is a plus
Experience working for a SaaS is a plus
Experience in delivering people strategies and implementing action plans
Knowledge of people development, recruitment and employee relations
Knowledge of current advances in people and culture change
Completed coaching training or have experience coaching people
