Head of Sales - Europe

Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Sales Europe to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀


You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company. Based in Brussels, you’ll play a key role in our European expansion by working closely with other executives to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the company.


You’ll report to our Chief Revenue Officer.

You will be exceptional at trust-building, and at identifying and fostering relationships with key prospects and customers. Innovator and strategic thinker, you will set the stage for high sales performance and will help each team member grow.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Achieve and support the company’s sales goals for EMEA

  •  Inspire, lead, coach, and motivate the EMEA sales team to grow and perform in their roles.

  • Own, manage and drive your business Unit

  • Drive and re-emphasize a value-based strategy to growing a sales pipeline for all our business verticals.

  • Quarterly and Annual Reporting is a given

  • Achieve/overachieve your regional revenue team targets.

  • Establish a deep understanding of AppTweak’s business operations, including App Store Optimization, and competitive landscape to demonstrate our value proposition to clients.


2. Reinforce AppTweak’s presence and reputation in Europe

  • Represent and advocate AppTweak’s brand during major mobile marketing conferences throughout the year in various locations such as Germany, London, Barcelona, Paris, and other European countries (between 5 and 8 events per year).

  • Connect with C-level and senior executives in the mobile and gaming industry to grow AppTweak’s reputation.

  • Drive visibility, organize and host ASO-related networking events to increase brand awareness and visibility.

3. Actively participate in cross-department cooperation

  • Cross-functional project contribution; to develop and refine our sales processes.

  • Partner and work with Marketing to ensure consistency in outreach/emailing campaigns and inbound initiatives.

  • Collaborate with various teams, including Product and Customer Success, to better align client-facing efforts by taking the initiative to identify issues and find solutions.

Requirements

Must-have

  • You are fluent in English;

  • Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field;

  • 4+ years experience in leading and managing Sales or Business Development teams with a proven track record of closing deals;

  • Outstanding leadership & management capabilities, including the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team;

  • Experienced in a SaaS and in the mobile marketing industry;

  • Team player and over-communicator: track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback, and looking to add to the culture and skills of a growing team;

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset; you're hands-on and autonomous.

  • You find creative solutions to problems in a fast-moving environment

  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail;

  • Brilliant communication skills (written & verbal) both with customers and within an organization;

  • Strong active listening skills,

  • Ability and adaptability to interact with a broad set of clients in a tailored approach

  • Clear presentation skills online or in person;

  • Strong interest in new technologies, data, and/or apps;

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge in CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or others) is appreciated.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
