We are looking for a passionate HR People Operations Specialist ready to be part of AppTweak’s next phase of growth! 🚀

Role overview
As our HR People Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional employee experience across our global offices. You’ll oversee People Operations for the EMEA & APAC regions, supporting employees through every stage of their journey - from onboarding to off-boarding - while making our processes more scalable, compliant, and efficient. You’ll also work on exciting projects to drive meaningful improvements in HR support. Key responsibilities
1. Employee lifecycle management
Take ownership of the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, from both a legal and administrative perspective.
Collaborate closely with HR teams (Talent Acquisition Specialist & Office Manager) to ensure a smooth and amazing onboarding experience for all new joiners.
Prepare and manage all employment contracts & amendments, and handle specific leave requests (e.g, Parental leave, credit temps), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Ensure admin/legal off-boarding processes are handled with care, maintaining a great employee experience until the very end.
Be the go-to person for employees in EMEA & APAC on all People Operations topics, ensuring consistent, inclusive, and high-quality support throughout their journey at AppTweak.
Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee data, generating reports and insights as needed.
2. Payroll & Benefits administration
Oversee payroll operations with SD Worx (Belgium) and Deel (EMEA & APAC), ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Manage and continuously improve benefits programs (insurance, mobility, meal vouchers, holidays, etc.) in alignment with local laws and AppTweak’s people strategy.
Regularly benchmark benefits across markets to ensure competitiveness and alignment with employee expectations.
3. People operations excellence
As we grow, lead People Operations projects, including HR system implementations, workflow automation, and policy harmonization.
Act as a key point of contact for managers on HR operational topics, providing clear, practical, and human-centered guidance.
Collaborate with external partners and legal advisors to ensure compliance with regional labor laws and regulations.
Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives (e.g., events, culture) in collaboration with the broader HR team.
Job requirements
Experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration or HR.
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles within a fast-growing, international environment.
Familiarity with Belgian employment law and comfort working across multiple countries (international HR experience is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its potential applications in People Operations and HR automation is a plus.
Profile
Fluent in both French and English.
Autonomous and able to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment.
