About the role

We are fast-growing and are looking to expand our presence worldwide by opening new offices internationally. From the identification of new market opportunities to hiring first employees abroad, from training the new local teams to growing the company’s revenues, the International Growth (IG) team’s responsibility is to ensure that AppTweak expands internationally with success to meet its ambitious growth objectives. At the moment, we’re planning to open new offices in Asia and in Eastern Europe.

As International Growth Executive, you’ll be part of the IG team. Your role will consist of training, supporting, and helping out the new local teams so they have everything they need to increase AppTweak’s revenue in their regions. You will be based in Brussels but missions abroad are not excluded in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR team to design and execute the onboarding of new joiners in our new offices abroad;

  • Train and support new joiners in every aspect of what constitutes the “Customer Journey”: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, ASO Expertise;

  • Ensure great communication between new regions and existing ones to ensure the whole company is always aligned business-wise and culture-wise;

  • Create and Document processes in order to ease the development and growth of local teams;

  • Work in collaboration with the Global Marketing team to increase brand awareness, network, and website visitors in the new regions;

  • Work in collaboration with the Global Sales team to increase MRR and Consulting Revenues from leads in new locals;

  • Work in collaboration with the Global CS team to Develop durable and lasting customer relationships, increase retention and reduce churn through Customer Success initiatives;

  • Understand the global mobile industry as well as local ones, in order to identify new business and partnership opportunities;

Requirements

Must-have:

  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English;

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or relevant fields;

  • You have at least 1 year of work experience in Business Development, Project Management, Consulting, or any experience you believe is relevant for the role;

  • You’re not afraid of the unknown! You have an entrepreneurial mindset;

  • You demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills;

  • You love communicating with customers and colleagues in person and virtually. You see yourself as a people person;

  • You have a strong interest in the digital ecosystem, new technologies, data, apps, and/or a great understanding of the mobile app industry;

  • You are a curious and fast learner and you love to solve problems and help people;

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in a SaaS company is a strong plus;

  • Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is appreciated;

  • Any additional language is highly appreciated;

  • You love food!
