About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented ✨ App Growth Consultant ✨ to join our dynamic team at AppTweak 🚀 


You will collaborate closely with our Enterprise clients to understand their unique goals and challenges, develop customized App Store Optimization and growth marketing strategies, and support them through the execution phase. This role requires a deep understanding of ASO/ASA (Apple Search Ads) strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role will report to our Chief Revenue Officer & VP of AMERICAS.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop your ASO expertise and keep your knowledge up to date regarding new app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and mobile growth trends.

  • Create ASO audits for some of our Enterprise clients’ apps in order to help them grow their visibility and conversion in app stores through keyword optimization, creative optimization and more ASO & growth tactics.

  • Use your analytical skills to provide expert advice and data-driven recommendations to generate growth opportunities for our Enterprise clients.

  • Present your analysis and recommendations to the client and provide diligent support to answer any questions they could have regarding ASO and app marketing.

  • Establish trusted expert relationships with customers and assess their requirements to proactively resolve problems based on your knowledge of ASO.

  • Promote and discuss the benefits of ASO and services offered by AppTweak to leads and customers looking for support and insights.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers on your accounts to strategize and identify areas for upsells/cross-sells within your customer portfolio.

  • Collaborate with our Head of ASO to highlight potential areas of improvement in our ASO Consultancy services.

  • Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback on new product features and enhancements.

  • Contribute to the creation of ASO-related content such as blog posts and videos to popularize the understanding of ASO for our clients and leads.

Job requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant field.

  • Analytical mindset: Proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way, and translating them into meaningful decisions.

  • Marketing knowledge: You are familiar with core mobile marketing terminology and want to expand your knowledge in mobile app growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills: You can build meaningful and trustworthy relationships with clients through transparent communication and the ability to defend results.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers on your accounts to strategize and identify areas for upsells/cross-sells within your customer portfolio.

  • Growth driven: Extremely hungry character ready to learn and grow in an extremely fast-paced environment, all the while maintaining a resilient attitude.

  • Team player and over-communicator: Proven track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback and are looking to add to the culture and skills of a growing team.

  • Highly organized: You understand the importance and challenges of timely project deliveries and perform well under pressure.


Nice-to-have:

  • Former experience in a SaaS company

  • Knowledge in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, or other)

  • ASO/Mobile UA experience: Prior experience in ASO or mobile app User Acquisition at an agency or client side.

  • Interview with Gabriela, from HR to get to know each other and tell you more about AppTweak (45min).

  • Interview with Laurie, our Chief Revenue Officer & VP of AMERICAS to deep dive into your past experience and learn more about your aspirations (45 min.)

  • Assessment portion: 

    • Online Cognitive Assessment to help support analytical skills. 

    • Case study: You will receive this 1 week prior to the scheduled meeting with Laurie and Simon, Head of ASO. You will have 30 minutes for the case study and 30 minutes for feedback and Q&A.

  • Final interview with CEO, Olivier Verdin (30 min.)
