We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Wizard to join our team in Brussels! If you’re looking to gain marketing experience in a dynamic tech company with high growth, this job is for you!


About the role:

You'll be joining the AppTweak at a super exciting time! We've worked on many great projects so far but are ready to take the next step! As Lead Generation Marketing Manager, we're looking at you to set up an inbound marketing strategy and help us be more efficient with attracting and nurturing inbound leads. As such, you'll have the chance to work closely with our development team to facilitate the implementation of new marketing automation tools. You will also be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into leads and nurturing those leads to pass on to sales. Furthermore, we're hoping you'll bring your impressive writing and content producing skills to the table, and help us create amazing content that will help convert leads into customers. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing. 


What will you do?

  • Create, implement and develop our marketing automation strategy
  • Work together with the dev team to facilitate the implementation of new marketing automation tools
  • Launch lead nurturing campaigns that leverage email, web and social channels
  • Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to grow website traffic and marketing-qualified leads
  • Establish a reporting routine with the sales and marketing team to get insights into how to improve lead quality
  • Create content such as blogs, whitepapers, videos etc. to support inbound lead generation initiatives

Requirements

Who are we looking for:

  • You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
  • The ability to communicate and express yourself both verbally and in writing in English
  • You have solid experience in Marketing automation and email marketing
  • You have experience with content marketing 
  • Experience in a Saas/B2B environment
  • Experience with Hubspot, Pardot or Mailchimp is a plus
  • Experience in SEO or social media is a plus
  • You see yourself as a highly motivated, dynamic and results-driven individual
  • “Initiatives” and “responsibilities” are not scary words for you
  • You’re a great listener and you are willing to learn and improve, both personally and professionally
  • You love food (optional)
