Product Manager

About the role

As part of the product team, you will be working closely with our development, customer facing and marketing team to define the roadmap of our product based on the needs of clients and the available resources. Our focus is to constantly and frequently add value to the AppTweak product. An important part of your job will be to efficiently organize and lead a tech squad using the Agile methodology. Your squad will include multiple developers with different expertise: 2 front-end developers, 1 back-end developer, 1 full-stack developer, and 1 designer.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Product Tasks:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and use cases

• Effectively gather, organize, and prioritize the feedback given by clients and the customer-facing teams

• Analyze usage data and capture learnings for further product and customer experience improvement

• Scope and prioritize needs in order to define a realistic product roadmap based on the available resources

• Translate these needs into actionable requirements and prototypes, interacting closely with our Design and Development team

• Constantly assess market competition, being aware of new market conditions 
  

2. Squad Organization Tasks:

• Lead your tech team to manage workflow and guarantee a consistent delivery pace. Use Agile methods to ensure efficiency and team cohesion.

• Manage the full cycle of product development (from idea to live) by working closely with our Design and Development team to deliver quick time-to-market and valuable features for our customers.

3. Cross-team Tasks:

• Participate in the validation and beta-testing processes with clients and customer-facing team to validate hypothesis and MVPs

• Become a product expert able to answer product-related questions from clients and customer-facing teams.

Required:

Must-have:

• You have a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or any relevant field.

• Up to 3 years of experience successfully leading projects with diverse and cross-functional teams.

• Proactive attitude: you like things to move forward and you’re not afraid to take initiatives

• Excellent teamwork skills: you’re outgoing and at ease with people

• Excellent communication skills: you can easily express yourself to others

• Excellent organizational skills: you’re an organized and structured pro!

• High flexibility and adaptability: you can easily switch from one project to another and have no problem juggling between several projects

• Good client comprehension and empathy: you enjoy listening to others, learning from their experience. You can easily put yourself in the shoes of others.

• At ease with data: data doesn’t scare you, you’re enjoy analyzing data and drawing actionable conclusions from it

• Sense of detail and assiduous: you can spot the little things that make the difference, you thrive for excellence

• Fluid English

Nice-to-have:

• French is a plus

• Appetite for tech (being tech savvy)

• Experience with software such as Mixpanel, Jira and Metabase

• Former experience in the Mobile Marketing industry or in a SaaS company
