Revenue Operations Associate

Job description

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀

You'll be joining AppTweak at a super exciting time! As a Revenue Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in the growth of the company. You’ll be in charge of facilitating new client integration by streamlining the client contract lifecycle (from data collection onwards) and optimizing the contract to the cash value. Your goal is to shorten the contract review and smooth the onboarding process.
You will report to the Chief Financial Officer but work closely with the Sales team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments (Finance, Sales, IT) to complete all the steps of the onboarding: data collection, data review, and validation.

  • Define, structure and document sales contract processes for efficiency.

  • Leverage current technical stack (Spendesk, HubSpot, Recurly, etc.) to improve finance and sales processes.

  • Support the Sales & Customer Success teams with prospects' and clients’ requests in order for AppTweak to comply with various procurement & onboarding processes.

  • Partner with the Customer Success team during contract renewals phases.

  • Participate in reaching higher confidence in our legal bond with clients by participating in closing calls.

  • Provide continuous learning to the Sales team by implementing regular administrative training sessions aiming to improve contracting processes (new business, existing business, subscription, managed services).

  • Manage client invoicing and payment follow-up: avoid client claims, shorten client payment delay, decrease payment default risk.



  • Fluent in English;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales or any relevant field;

  • Previous experience in a similar position;

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset; you're hands-on and able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment;

  • Rigorous and methodical: you know how to take steps to solve problems when dealing with new situations and you have great attention to detail;

  • Process-oriented: you love creating efficient and streamlined processes;

  • Team player with excellent communication skills; you can manage multiple relationships at a time (both internally and externally);

  • Knowledge in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, or other) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel);

  • Data-driven: data doesn’t scare you, you enjoy analyzing data.


  • Proficiency in French;
