About the role
We are fast growing and are looking to expand our current teams worldwide as well as open up new offices internationally. To help us achieve our goals, we need help recruiting new team members. As Talent Acquisition specialist you’ll work closely with our Head of Employee Experience, to attract and select our future colleagues !
Drive the recruitment process from beginning to end, for a variety of open roles
Lead recruitment by understanding headcount requirements, managing recruitment third party relationships and managing in-house recruitment to ensure hiring numbers are achieved with high performing people
Be a business partner to hiring managers internally by understanding the needs of the business, challenging them where necessary, and set up relevant sourcing strategies together
Continuously adapt and improve our recruitment processes, making them both more efficient for us as well as more enjoyable for our candidates
Work closely with the Marketing team to creatively enhance employee brand both internally and externally so the business is seen as an employer of choice and a great place to work worldwide
Ensure the business is keeping pace with new ways of attracting talent while considering the skills and capabilities required for the future, including being responsible for online channels
Set up and participate in campus recruitment efforts (job fairs, interns, etc.)
You have a first experience in recruiting various profiles (tech, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, ... ) ideally in a tech environment
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial - Organisational Psychology, Work Sciences, Human Resources, or any other related field.
Bonus points for:
Any experience in other HR domains is a plus
Experience working for a SaaS is a plus
Experience with setting up Employer Branding initiatives
