About the role

We are seeking a driven Enterprise Account Manager to join AppTweak’s dynamic revenue team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth by ensuring client satisfaction and significantly increasing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.   • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and enhance long-term relationships with leading brands across the Americas, positioning AppTweak as a strategic partner in their growth journey.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically build and implement plans to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within your account portfolio. Focus on increasing retention rates and improving customer satisfaction while accurately forecasting your sales pipeline
  • Maximize Product Penetration: Focus on cross-selling our diverse range of products to existing customers, ensuring they leverage the full suite of AppTweak solutions to achieve their business goals.
  • Ensure Enterprise Renewals: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and App Growth Consultants teams to secure renewals of Enterprise accounts, ensuring sustained revenue and growth.
  • Foster Strong Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain robust, positive relationships with your customers through regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and engaging product demonstrations.
  • Strategic Customer Empowerment: Gain a deep understanding of AppTweak’s value proposition and use cases. Leverage this knowledge to advise and empower customers, helping them grow their businesses with our products and consulting services.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring a unified approach to customer success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports on account status to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Industry Representation: Represent AppTweak at major mobile marketing conferences throughout the year, showcasing our expertise and building our brand presence in various locations.

Job requirements


  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.

  • Language: Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills. 

  • Account Management: 2 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager with experience in the mobile industry. 

  • Track Record: Consistent track record of achieving individual targets.

  • Relationship management and empathy: You enjoy listening to others, and excel at building long-term relationships. You can easily put yourself in the shoes of others and are able to anticipate the customers’ needs.

  • Hunger: an extremely hungry character with a growth mindset, ready to learn and grow in an extremely fast-paced environment, all the while maintaining a resilient attitude.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills: you are able to build meaningful and trustworthy relationships with clients through transparent communication.

  • Curious and creative: you are familiar with core mobile marketing terminology and want to expand your knowledge in mobile app growth.
