About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented App Growth Consultant to join our dynamic team at AppTweak. You will collaborate closely with our Enterprise clients to understand their unique goals and challenges, develop customized ASO and App Store Acquisition (such as ASA) strategies, and support them through the execution phase. This role requires a deep understanding of ASO/ASA (Apple Search Ads) strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.


Location: Brussels, Paris, London or Berlin

Responsibilities:

  • Develop your ASO expertise and keep your knowledge up to date regarding new app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and mobile growth trends.

  • Create ASO Audits, conduct keyword optimizations and build recommendations to increase the visibility and app installs of our Enterprise clients' apps.

  • Use your analytical skills to provide expert advice and data-driven recommendations to generate growth opportunities for our Enterprise clients.

  • Present your analysis and recommendations to the client and provide diligent support to answer any questions they could have regarding ASO and app marketing.

  • Establish trusted expert relationships with customers and assess their requirements to proactively resolve problems based on your knowledge of ASO.

  • Promote, discuss, research and deliver ASO/Growth Managed Services to Enterprise customers in a timely manner according to customer needs and priorities.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers on your accounts to strategise and identify areas for upsells/cross-sells within your customer portfolio.

  • Collaborate with our Head of ASO to highlight potential areas of improvements in our ASO Consultancy services.

  • Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback on new product features and enhancements.

  • Contribute to the creation of ASO-related content such as blog posts and videos to popularize the understanding of ASO for our clients and leads.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.

  • ASO/Mobile UA experience: 2 years prior relevant experience in ASO or mobile app User Acquisition at an agency or client side.

  • Hunger: Extremely hungry character ready to learn and grow in an extremely fast-paced environment, all the while maintaining a resilient attitude

  • Analytical mindset: proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way and translating them into meaningful decisions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills: you are able to build meaningful and trustworthy relationships with clients through transparent communication and the ability to defend results.

  • Team player and over-communicator: proven track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback, and are looking to add to the culture and skills of a growing team.

  • Highly organized: you understand the importance and challenges of timely project deliveries and perform well under pressure.

  • Curious and creative: you are familiar with core mobile marketing terminology and want to expand your knowledge in mobile app growth.

  • Rigorous and methodical: you know how to take steps to solve problems when dealing with new situations.
