Contract: Full-time internship/indemnity of 200€ per month.
Location: Brussels.
Starting date: Beginning of February 2025.
Duration: 5-6month (From February 2025 to June-July 2025).

Your Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will have a critical role in supporting our Revenue Operations team. You’ll be in charge of ensuring the accuracy of our business data, generating performance reports, and streamlining processes across our sales and marketing teams. This hands-on experience will help you learn how a business grows its revenue and understand the key factors that influence decision-making and improve the efficiency of a growing company. You will also support our Sales Development operations, and engage in market analysis work to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.
Your Tasks:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance to establish, enhance, and align processes with our growth strategy.
Analyze KPIs and generate reports that provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
Document business processes and knowledge-sharing for sales and marketing teams.
Monitor and update our CRM (Hubspot) to ensure data accuracy, enabling the marketing, sales, and finance teams to make informed decisions.
Conduct market research within the mobile marketing industry to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights.
Job requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related studies.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and data tools (CRM, reporting platforms).
Entrepreneurial spirit: hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Team player: enjoys collaboration and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Good understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Some experience with coding (e.g., SQL) or interest in learning.
