Looking for an exciting opportunity to launch your career in tech sales?

We are looking for an exceptional Junior Sales Representative to join our team and help us reach new heights in 2025 and beyond!

Based in the Brussels office, this position will report to the Revenue Operation Lead.

About the role:

You will be instrumental in our EMEA region expansion by generating new business opportunities and supporting our sales efforts through strategic outreach.

What you will do:

1. Generate and Qualify Leads:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers through email, phone and social media to create new business opportunities.

  • Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.

  • Schedule and conduct initial meetings and product demos for qualified leads.

  • Become a product expert, understanding App Store Optimization (ASO) and the competitive landscape.

2. Collaborate and Strategize:

  • Work closely with Account Executives to build effective outreach strategies.

  • Align with marketing campaigns to amplify lead generation efforts.

  • Partner with teams such as Product and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Contribute to creating and promoting case studies, testimonials, and strategic content for events and webinars.

3. Drive Engagement and Awareness

  • Represent AppTweak at major mobile marketing conferences and networking events to enhance brand awareness.

  • Engage with senior executives in the mobile industry to foster relationships and promote AppTweak’s reputation.

  • Support and contribute to organizing ASO and ASA-related events, and leverage webinars to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.

Job requirements

What we expect from you:

Must-have:

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus!)

  • Recently graduated, with Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or relevant field.

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales (Inside Sales, SDR, BDR,etc.).

  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and learning from feedback.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling messages.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage time and priorities effectively.

  • A proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit—you're excited about building relationships and hitting targets. 

  • A genuine interest in starting a career in technology sales.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

  • Eligibility to work in the European Union (valid visa/work permit).

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in SaaS-based companies or the digital marketing industry.

  • Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Experience in digital marketing or analytics.

  • Experience hosting webinars or organizing events.
