Job description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team as we continue to scale. 🚀

You'll own a portfolio of Enterprise clients in Vietnam, driving adoption, retention, and long-term value so that our customers grow with AppTweak and AppTweak grows with them.

You'll report to the VP APAC.


Location: preferably Ho Chi Minh, or elsewhere in Vietnam (remote).

What you'll do

  • Guide new Enterprise clients through onboarding and ensure they get to value quickly.

  • Own retention and churn reduction across your portfolio.

  • Run regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and get ahead of risks.

  • Deliver product training and share best practices to help clients maximize AppTweak's value.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to act on them.

  • Support new account acquisitions in Vietnam as the market grows.

  • Lead the AppTweak ASO Community to keep users and prospects informed on ASO trends and product updates.

  • Stay sharp on AppTweak's product and the broader mobile marketing landscape.

Job requirements

Must-have

  • You are fluent in Vietnamese and English.

  • 3–5 years in customer success or a client-facing role at a SaaS company or on the client side.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.

  • Experience at a SaaS company or on the client side.

  • Hungry by nature: you take initiative, raise your own bar, and don't wait to be told.

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with data analysis tools and proven track record of working with complex data.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, both with clients and within a team.

  • Collaborative and vocal: you proactively share context, ask for feedback, and make the people around you better.

  • Curious and AI-fluent: you keep sharpening your craft and use AI tools actively in your day-to-day and are familiar with core customer success terminology and want to expand your knowledge in SAAS customer success.

  • Strong interest in new technologies, data, and/or apps.

Nice-to-have:

  • Mandarin Chinese or additional languages.

  • Familiarity with ASO, Apple Ads, or MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust).

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS sales or consulting.

  • Former experience supporting or selling to major digital advertising agencies.
