As a Demand Generation Marketer, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate high-quality pipeline for the sales organization, as well as drive targeted Brand Awareness within the mobile marketing ecosystem. You’ll play a crucial role in AppTweak’s GTM strategy by generating demand and turning awareness into action - owning paid social channels, remarketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

This is a high-impact role within the Growth team, working closely with Marketing, Design, RevOps, and Sales Development to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute multi-channel demandgen campaigns across LinkedIn, Youtube, Meta, and Email. As well as experiment with new channels to drive awareness, trials, and Sales Qualified Opportunities.

  • Manage our ABM strategy & execution, partnering with regional Sales teams to ensure our campaigns are up-to-date, aligned with target account lists, outbound strategies and seasonal trends.

  • Manage Brand Awareness campaigns across paid social, partnering with Marketing on asset creation, planning budget & channel execution and reporting back on performance.

  • Partner with Design, Website and Product Marketing to create compelling creatives, messaging, and landing pages that are tailored to AppTweak’s ICPs and aligned with the buyer journey.

  • Monitor campaign performance, A/B test messaging & creatives, and continuously improve our campaigns towards pipeline velocity metrics or engaged awareness.

Pipeline & Performance Reporting

  • Collaborate with RevOps to track pipeline attribution by campaign and improve our lead scoring models.

  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for growth experiments.

  • Own regular reporting on campaign performance, budget pacing, and lead quality.

Collaboration with GTM Teams

  • Partner with the Sales Development Team (BDRs) to ensure marketing-sourced leads are followed up effectively and nurtured into opportunities.

  • Support both event & webinar marketing with digital amplification — from pre-event targeting to post-event lead nurturing.

  • Align with VP Growth and CMO on quarterly pipeline creation goals.

Experimentation & Innovation

  • Leverage LLM’s and AI workflows to optimize performance in your ABM and Awareness campaigns.

  • Pilot new experiments across paid channels (e.g., Reddit Ads, TikTok, or AI-driven targeting).

  • Contribute to AppTweak’s Growth Experiments backlog, testing new acquisition levers and automation workflows.

Location: ideally hybrid from Brussels, or remote from the EU.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation, ideally in a data-driven or marketing tech company.

  • Proven track record of managing performing ABM programs.

  • Proven track record of effectively managing campaigns across paid social channels: LinkedIn, Meta, Youtube or programmatic.

  • Familiar with CRM (preferably Hubspot or Salesforce) and Marketing Analytics Tools (eg. GA4, Supermetrics, Funnel).

  • Excellent analytical mindset: able to interpret data and transform insights into performance improvements.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and operations.

Nice to Have

  • A big plus for prior experience within and understanding of the App Marketing Ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., N8N, Figma AI, etc.).

  • Prior experience managing video creation projects.

  • Familiarity with Webbuilders like Elementor.
