Job description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Finance Intern - FP&A & Controlling to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀
You will be responsible for supporting both the FP&A function and the Accounting team, contributing to financial planning, performance analysis, cost control, and key finance transformation projects.
You will report directly to the FP&A Lead and work closely with Accounting and business stakeholders across the company.

Your Responsibilities
FP&A & Financial Planning Support
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Update and improve financial models (revenue, costs, headcount planning)
Contribute to monthly management reporting
Support variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
SaaS KPI Tracking & Performance Analysis
Support monitoring of key SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR
Analyze performance drivers and provide data-driven insights
Help prepare dashboards and executive summaries
Controlling & Accounting Support
Assist in tracking operating expenses (OPEX)
Support month-end closing process in collaboration with Accounting
Reconcile accounting data with management reporting
Contribute to improving internal control and financial processes
Tools & Process Improvement
Optimize reporting workflows (Excel / Google Sheets)
Support the implementation of an FP&A automation tool
Explore automation and AI solutions to streamline finance processes
Job requirements
Must-have
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Basic understanding of financial concepts (P&L, costs, budgeting)
Fluent in English
Nice-to-have:
Previous internship or experience in Finance, Audit, or Controlling
Interest in SaaS business models and KPIs (MRR, ARR, churn, etc.)
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Interest in automation and AI applied to finance
Basic SQL or data analysis skills
