We are looking for a passionate and experienced ✨ Head of Marketing ✨ to join our team.
As Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing department in achieving its objectives to grow AppTweak’s revenue by driving awareness and demand for our products. The ideal candidate should have a track record of successfully leading and motivating a diverse team, developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, and have a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.
You’ll report to Alexandra, our CMO, based in San Francisco.
Drive awareness and demand for our products
Own the demand generation strategy by implementing and executing end-to-end programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound revenue.
Scale paid acquisition strategies to build a pipeline and reach our strong growth targets.
Supervise content creation such as blogs, whitepapers, organic social and videos to support demand creation initiatives.
Oversee marketing operations, including marketing automation (via Hubspot), lead management, attribution, data analysis and reporting.
Actively participate in cross-department cooperation
Collaborate with sales, product and finance teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with APAC marketing & revenue teams to ensure alignment of objectives and sharing of best practices.
Lead and mentor the marketing team
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
Lead and inspire the marketing design team to deliver impactful creatives and enhance AppTweak’s visual identity.
Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
Former experience in a SaaS company
Outstanding leadership capabilities, including the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team
Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to create fascinating content that seizes the attention of our buyers
Fluency in paid media and a strong track record with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot
An innovative mindset, you're hands-on and autonomous; you find creative solutions to problems in a fast-moving environment
Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail
