About the role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Operations Associate to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀

You'll be part of our young, dynamic finance team of four at a rapidly growing company! You'll take charge of new client onboarding, managing internal databases, ensuring accurate billing, maintaining client records, and supporting the Deal Desk Manager. What you will do:

Client Onboarding:

  • Welcome New Clients: Be the friendly face that guides our top clients in the app and gaming industry through their onboarding process. Make sure all their documentation and agreements are perfectly in place

  • Account Setup: Become the master of our internal DB, creating and managing client accounts with ease.

Billing Accuracy:

  • Ensure Perfect Billing: Keep a sharp eye on consulting service hours to ensure accurate billing.

  • Resolve Discrepancies: Dive into the details to identify and fix any billing issues, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Data Management:

  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep client usage and billing records up-to-date and accurate.

  • System Updates: Regularly update and audit our internal systems to ensure everything is in top shape.

Support for Manager:

  • Assist the Deal Desk Manager: Support with contracts, invoices, and client communications, becoming an invaluable and crucial part of the team.

Job requirements

Job requirements:

Must-have

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales operations, finance, or customer service.

    • Experience with client or customer support.

  • Skills:
    Analytical, Communication, Organizational, Problem-Solving, Customer Service Orientation, Adaptability.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity in CRM software, such as HubSpot

  • Familiarity with billing and subscription management tools.

  • Experience with document management and e-signature tools.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

  • Experience with financial reconciliation and understanding of MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) metrics.

Please note you will need a European valid visa/work permit to be eligible for the role.
