Product Designer
- Hybrid
- Brussels, Brussels, Belgium

Job description
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer to join our team as we continue to scale. 🚀
You'll own user flows end to end inside one of our product squads, helping AppTweak ship an app-marketing platform that feels like one product while AI reshapes both our industry and the design craft itself.
You'll report to the Head of Product Design.
Location: Brussels, hybrid setting, min. 3 days per week at the office.
What you'll do
Own complete user flows in a cross-functional squad: from defining the problem with your PM to polished, edge-case-complete designs engineering can build from, through to the 30-day follow-up after release. At AppTweak, designers close the loop on what they ship.
Hand engineering working prototypes, not just static specs: we prototype with agentic AI tools (Cursor), and shipping simple UI fixes directly in the codebase is part of the job (we'll teach you how).
Raise the quality of the existing product, not only new features: spot and fix smaller "paper cuts" as you use AppTweak daily, and turn user feedback and usage signals into shipped improvements.
Strengthen our design system: contribute documented, reusable components and learn when to use it, when to evolve it, and when to break it.
Challenge scope, definitions and requests when they don't serve the user, and explain the why behind your design decisions to your squad.
Grow along a transparent career framework: written expectations per level, evidence-based promotion gates, and mentorship from a senior member of the team from the start.
Job requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2+ years of UI/UX product design experience in SaaS, with a portfolio of shipped digital products.
Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of User-Centered Design, design systems and responsive design principles
Fluent in English (our working language).
Genuine interest in AI in the design process, already fluent or eager to become so, with honest judgment about what's strong output and what's mediocre.
Curiosity about code: no engineering background required, but you want to be closer to the codebase, not further from it. You'll be expected to make changes directly in our codebase using Cursor (we'll teach you how).
Proactive, flexible and adaptable: you treat changing priorities and unclear situations as normal terrain, proposing a way forward rather than waiting for one.
Confident and courageous in the room: you challenge other opinions, including your PM's, when they don't serve the user, and defend your decisions with reasoning and evidence, paired with the humility to accept feedback and iterate.
Strong communication skills: you explain the why, and you proactively seek and give feedback.
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with the app store / mobile marketing ecosystem, or with AppTweak and similar tools.
First experience with AI prototyping tools (Cursor, v0, Lovable or similar).
Experience creating and documenting design system components.
[Please note you will need a valid visa/work permit to work in Belgium, to be eligible for the role].
What's in it for you
Grow your career with one of Belgium's top tech scale-ups.
Competitive and optimized salary package, structured to make the most of what you earn.

Complementary Health Insurance Plan.
12 RTT days per year, on top of regular holidays.
Flexible, hybrid work setup.
Opportunities for continuous learning and creative thinking.
Quarterly team-building events and a yearly company-wide retreat.
One volunteer day every quarter to give back to the community.
Serious about food. From themed lunches to spontaneous kitchen moments, food is genuinely part of how we connect at AppTweak. 🍴
Opportunity to connect with a variety of exciting mobile businesses across different verticals.
