Product Manager
- Hybrid
- Brussels, Brussels, Belgium

Job description
AppTweak is on a mission to help mobile teams win in the app stores. Our platform gives ASO specialists, growth leads, and app marketers at companies like Uber, Zynga, and The North Face the intelligence they need to grow their apps, from keyword insights and market data to competitive analysis and store performance. We move fast, we care about craft, and we build tools that people in the mobile industry genuinely rely on. If you want to work on a product that matters to the people who use it, come build with us.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end and drive its growth. As part of AppTweak's Product team, you'll be fully accountable for outcomes — from identifying the right problems to shipping solutions customers actually use. That includes the growth too: activation, engagement, monetisation, and expansion across Enterprise and PLG. You'll work closely with our Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing teams to make sure what you build is meaningful and converts to revenue.
You'll report to the VP of Product.
Location: Brussels - hybrid setting, min. 3 days per week at the office.
What you'll do
Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through design, engineering, shipping, and iteration.
Map how AI is reshaping Mobile Marketing, form a clear point of view, and translate it into a differentiated product direction — including identifying 0-to-1 opportunities and driving them from blank page to launch
Talk to customers regularly and synthesise what you learn into clear, prioritised product bets.
Define success metrics upfront and use them to evaluate whether what you shipped actually worked.
Partner closely with engineering and design to move quickly from concept to shipped product.
Use AI tools actively to prototype ideas, explore concepts, and validate direction before a spec is written.
Make hard prioritisation calls with limited information and defend them clearly.
Own activation, engagement, and monetisation for the product area. Define what good adoption looks like and build the path that takes customers from trial to expansion, across both PLG and Enterprise motions.
Partner with Product Marketing and Product Growth to design and execute go-to-market, from positioning and pricing decisions to in-product activation and long-term retention.
Job requirements
Must-have
3+ years in a Product Manager role at a B2B SaaS company. You've owned a product area independently, shipped end-to-end, and operated without hand-holding in complex situations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or another relevant field.
Experience owning a growth or monetisation outcome: not just shipping features, but driving activation, conversion, or revenue, and understanding what moves the needle.
Comfortable operating across both PLG and Enterprise motions: you understand how product decisions play out differently in each, and how to build for both simultaneously.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your product process: whether that's prototyping with Lovable, exploring ideas in Cursor or Claude Code, or using AI to validate direction before a spec exists.
Strong analytical instinct: you pull insights from product data, use them to challenge assumptions, and know the difference between a trend and noise.
Clear communicator at every level: crisp specs that engineers trust, presentations that land with leadership, conversations with customers that lead to strong product discovery.
Nice-to-have
Experience with App Stores, Mobile Marketing, ASO or, SEO.
Background at a company with PLG and/or Enterprise motions.
A working understanding of how AI-powered search and ranking systems work under the hood.
Experience with pricing and packaging decisions, understanding how product and monetisation interact.
[Please note you will need a Belgian valid visa/work permit to be eligible for the role].
What's in it for you
Grow your career with one of Belgium's top tech scale-ups.
Competitive and optimized salary package, structured to make the most of what you earn.
Meal vouchers and eco-vouchers.
Complementary Health Insurance Plan.
12 RTT days per year, on top of regular holidays.
Flexible, hybrid work setup.
Opportunities for continuous learning and creative thinking.
Quarterly team-building events and a yearly company-wide retreat.
One volunteer day every quarter to give back to the community.
Serious about food. From themed lunches to spontaneous kitchen moments, food is genuinely part of how we connect at AppTweak. 🍴
Opportunity to connect with a variety of exciting mobile businesses across different verticals.
Who are we?
At AppTweak, we are a team of more than 130 people, spread across Brussels, San Francisco, London, Tokyo, Seoul, Bengaluru, Ho Chi Minh, and Beijing.
We build the platform that helps mobile leaders win in the app stores. More than 2,000 customers, like Uber, Zynga, and The North Face trust us to do that.
We started in Brussels in 2014. It began with a small team and a simple bet: the best ASO insights come from people who go deeper into app store data than anyone else.
We move fast, we speak up and push each other to do better. We keep learning, even on the days we are already good at our jobs. None of that happens by accident, but because people here take ownership. They show up for each other too, across offices and timezones.
If that sounds like the kind of place you want to grow, we would love to hear from you!
At AppTweak, our first spoken language is English, from our Belgian HQ, to our teams all over the world.
To ensure a smooth review process, please submit your application in English.
