We are looking for a passionate Revenue Operations Manager to help fuel and orchestrate AppTweak’s next phase of growth! 🚀
As Revenue Operations Manager at AppTweak, you will report to the Head of Revenue Operations and support the architect and engine of our Revenue Operations function. You will be powering every stage of the customer journey, from customer acquisition to renewal and expansion.
You will sit at the intersection of strategy, systems, and scale, bringing a blend of business acumen and technical expertise to drive operational excellence and revenue growth.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create scalable systems, forecast revenue, and implement data-driven strategies that optimize the entire go-to-market motion.

Your Responsibilities:
Revenue Systems & Automation:
You own our CRM and Business Intelligence tool (we use Hubspot and Metabase), and you ensure data integrity, data hygiene, and accuracy for our business analytics.
You support and improve the integration of our data silos into a single data lake, leveraging your SQL expertise to build reports and analyses.
You leverage workflows and automation to improve lead routing, to track signals in the market, and strengthen timely and accurate engagement with our prospects.
You optimize the processes of our revenue funnel (from prospect identification to revenue conversion, renewal, and upsell), and ensure its scalability.
You champion the integration of AI to improve operational efficiency, personalization, and data quality.
Enablement & Documentation:
You handle and prioritize requests around CRM administration and change requests for other RevOps-owned tools (Intercom, Gong, n8n, Apollo).
You document operational processes to ensure clarity and consistent execution.
You provide enablement, training, and support to internal teams on tools and workflows.
You drive adoption of GTM tools through clear documentation, proactive support, and continuous process improvements.
Revenue Strategy Execution and Alignment:
You collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Finance to drive alignment between our operations and business objectives.
You support the implementation of our growth strategies by leveraging AI with advanced segmentation, automation, and enrichment strategies.
You monitor buyer intent, engagement signals, and market trends to enable proactive prospecting and retention efforts.
Location: Brussels, Belgium (hybrid work policy).

Job requirements
Must-have:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, Consulting, data analysis, or related field.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
A blend of business acumen and technical fluency. Familiar with SQL, Python or JavaScript, or API integrations.
Experience with data hygiene, governance, and integrity across tools (Hubspot, BI tools, customer data platforms).
Autonomy, proactivity, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong project management skills.
Nice-to-have:
Experience optimizing business processes to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Knowledge about SaaS businesses.
Genuine interest in joining a fast-growing tech company.
Familiarity with AI tools/agents (eg. ChatPGT, n8n, Perplexity, Lovable).
